TalentLix is a platform where athletes build a structured profile (data + media) so clubs/operators can discover them and contact them inside the platform.
Any athlete can register, create an account, and start building a profile. The system routes you to the athlete experience automatically.
Have these ready: legal name, date of birth, nationality, place of birth, a clear profile photo, a phone number that can receive SMS, residence details (address/city/country), and basic sport information (sport, category/level, role).
Go to the athlete registration page, enter email + password, and after registration you will be sent directly into the onboarding wizard.
Use the athlete login page and enter your credentials. If you are already logged in, you will be redirected automatically to the right place (wizard or dashboard).
Use “Forgot password”, enter your email, and reset your password using the link you receive.
It is the mandatory first setup flow that collects the minimum information needed to unlock your dashboard and make your profile usable.
There are 4 required steps: Step 1 — Personal identity. Step 2 — Contacts + phone verification. Step 3 — Sports experience. Step 4 — Review + privacy consent + optional publish.
Yes. You must verify your phone via SMS code before you can continue. Only verified numbers are stored as your official phone.
If your age is under 14, the platform flags you for parental/guardian authorization, which is handled during the final step of onboarding.
After you finish Step 4. If you try to access the dashboard early, you will be redirected back to complete the missing steps.
Finishing the wizard sets your profile to a baseline completion (40%). From there, you raise completion by filling additional dashboard sections.
Beyond the wizard, key sections add completion when properly filled (and, for Contacts, when verification is approved). Typical sections that improve completion include: Contacts & Identity, Sports, Physical, Awards, Media, Social.
It is the strict verification area where you confirm: verified phone, residence details, ID document upload, and selfie upload/capture. After you submit, the platform reviews it and marks it approved or rejected with reasons.
Because verification must preserve an audit trail. After you submit (or once approved), most identity fields are locked to prevent tampering.
Yes. You can publish/unpublish your profile. Published: visible and discoverable. Unpublished: hidden from operator search (your data stays saved).
Through the internal messaging system. You can read, reply, archive conversations, and block/unblock operators.
Most common reasons: missing required fields in the current step/section, phone not verified, verification not submitted or not approved (for Contacts completion), under-14 authorization not completed.
